I'm not a developer. I'm a business owner who learned to build software with AI. Here's everything I've shipped... from enterprise dashboards to a mental math game for my seven-year-old.
The term was coined by Andrej Karpathy (OpenAI co-founder) in February 2025 and named Collins Dictionary's Word of the Year. The idea is simple: you describe what you want in plain English, and AI writes the code. You steer. It builds.
I started doing this in early 2026. Not because I wanted to learn programming... but because I kept seeing problems in my businesses, my family, and my community that could be solved with a simple tool. The gap between "I wish this existed" and "here it is" shrunk from months to hours.
Built specifically for ADHD entrepreneur brains. Calendar sync, task management, daily guided workflows, and energy-state matching. The app I wished existed for 25 years.

Built for residential real estate agents struggling with scattered contacts and inconsistent follow-up. Relationship management that actually fits how agents work, not how CRM companies think they should.
The AI backbone behind everything. Cyndra orchestrates Sterling (my AI COO), manages scheduled tasks, connects to 40+ platforms, and keeps the entire ecosystem running. Think of it as the operating system for all the other apps.
Engagement platform for 1-on-1 meeting matchups at scale. Used by 40+ organizations globally including EO and YPO chapters. Created during COVID while I was EO Atlanta president. 30,000+ connections facilitated.

getkinlight.comConversational AI travel planner for family trips. Natural language chat to research destinations, compare flights, and build itineraries. Used it to plan our Deer Valley ski trip and Michigan summer trip.
Weather-aware packing list generator for family travel. Pulls forecasts, factors in activities, and creates per-person checklists. No more forgetting swim goggles or packing jackets for 95-degree weather.
Complete youth baseball and softball coaching platform. Fair lineup generation (equal playing time, no kid sits twice), practice plans, game day management, and batting order optimization. Solves the #1 parent complaint in youth sports.
dugoutready.comCoaching app for my son Brayden's NYO flag football team. Practice drills, game day plays, player evaluations, AI scout for opponent analysis, and a parent-facing schedule site. Two apps in one... coaching and parent communication.
nyoironeagles.comDraft management tool for NYO fall softball. Player rankings, draft picks, and team balancing. Built it the night before the draft because the league's spreadsheet wasn't cutting it.
Mental math game built around my son Brayden's love of baseball. Matches his first-grade Singapore Math curriculum... not just "make the questions harder." Each correct answer advances the runner. Home runs for streaks.
Created for my daughter Ella's fifth-grade skeletal system test. An original song, interactive bone-identification game, and mobile-friendly study tool. Other parents started asking for it, so I made it shareable. A school need that turned into something bigger.
Complete 12-module learning portal for AI implementation. Covers prompting fundamentals, tool selection, workflow automation, and team integration. The foundation of the Automate & Delegate education ecosystem.

Generating something quickly is different from making it reliable and usable. I'm learning when to insist on exhaustive verification and when to ship a useful version and improve through feedback.
Some of my most rewarding builds came from helping my kids. Math Ballpark, 21 Bones, and the Iron Eagles app all started as "my kid needs this" and turned into tools other families want too.
There's enormous energy around what I can now create. The challenge is deciding which opportunities deserve sustained attention. Every one of these apps started with "I wish this existed."
I'm trying to delegate more, but unreliable execution can pull you back into detailed supervision. AI changes this equation. It lets you build the tool that solves the problem instead of managing the person doing it.
The Vibe Coding course teaches you everything I've learned about building real software with AI. No coding experience needed.
